All items on our site, including living houseplants, ceramic pots, and soil blends, are subject to availability. We take great care to ensure every plant is healthy before it leaves our shop. Prices for our goods may change without prior notice, but any orders already placed will be honored at the original price.
2. Plant Health Policy
Houseplants are living, growing things. The exact shape, leaf count, and color of the plant you receive might differ slightly from our reference photographs. We provide simple care guides for all our botanical goods, but we cannot be held responsible for plant health once it reaches your home. Light, watering habits, and temperature are unique to your space and remain out of our control.
3. Returns and Replacements
We want your indoor garden to thrive. If non-living items like pots or tools arrive faulty, you may return them within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Living houseplants cannot be returned simply for a change of mind due to their fragile nature. However, if a plant arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a fair solution.
